I have made a booking as follows:
Flight details: Hyderabad to Bangalore
Booking ID: REF*********
Date of booking: * September ****
Amount: ₹****.**
This particular ticket has been cancelled *FROM THEIR END* (reason quoted, "Flight's PNR number not generated"), and I have mailed them several times and called around **+ times so far for getting my money back. Mentioned in all the emails that I need my money back in my bank account and told I would have to take legal action, if not, while my lawyer on Cc. Still, sadly, all that I get back is one automated reply from them.
