I Booked round trip Air Ticket Mumbai' to Goa and Goa to Mumbai on *th july from travolook website of Rs. *****/-, I received mail immediately from travo email and got call customer representative about booking cancellation due to fair expiration and confirmed that I will get my money refund in *working days.
I send multiple reminder mails support@travolook.in but no revert.
I also called in their customer service number ****-***-**** about my refund, they just give me dates after dates on every call but now it's *months now, still I haven't received my refund.
I also sent legal notic on the address mentioned in website https://www.travolook.in/ but notice returned due to invalid address ( Plot No. ***, Basement, Udyog Vihar
Phase V, Sector - **
Gurugram, Haryana ****** )as that address is also bogus.
Big Fraud Fraud Fraud company
