Jijin vp filed complaint against Doves Vacations on Jun 30, 2023
I would like to register a cheating complaint against “DOVES VACATION” travel company for not refunding my registration amount (***** INR) which was cancelled due to trust issue. I had registered for the services on **th Feb and then sent the cancellation request on **rd Feb. They sent a confirmation on **th Feb confirming the registration cancellation dated on **rd Feb and confirmed via email that i am eligible for full refund which will be sent within ** days as per their policy. I didn't receive any payment after ** days and stopped responding to my calls and emails as well. After extensive follow ups (including a police complaint) they finally responded stating i need to wait for refund which they will confirm in the month of June. This is getting nowhere, and I am afraid they will not refund my money. I need my money (***** INR) without any further delay and any additional compensation for the mental torture I have been going through.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
