Doves Vacations - Lack of Services Fraud

We became a members of doves vacation in September **** with the promise that we will be able to stay in resorts in popular tourist station for select number of nights in a year. Even though we tried multiple times we were never able to use their services. The contact numbers given are always not reachable and there are no proper responses to mails also. It's been more than * years and even after multiple requests we have not been able to use their services.
There has been a false representation at the beginning before enrolment as to the link up with resorts. The major drawback was unavailability of resorts in places we wanted or place itself not being available.
