I have booked the SRM bus ticket through Goibibo and it's a confirmed ticket. Booking date: **/**/**** time: **:** am IST. I was in departing location at **:** am IST and waiting for the bus for the pickup. I have waited till **:** am IST and no one shows up. I have also called customer care of SRM transport no one has pickup the call. I have called Goibibo customer care number and no use they don't have any contact details of SRM transport.
Due to this, I am not able to reach my home town and not able to see my mom who has been hospitalized. Customer executive is suggesting to look for an alternate option by myself.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
