Bonito Designs Pvt Ltd - Bonito tweaked quotation in the name of discount

I visited Bonito office on *th August and they told me to pay **k as initial amount (refundable if not agree with the quotation) which I paid. After few day they came up with design and gives me final quotation of **lac. I was not agree with the quotation so requested refund for that. They they told me that they are giving wood work discount and my quotation after wood work discount is *,**,***. Over that they have given some cashback discount and final estimate was *.** lac. After my design was ready I got to know that there is no wood work discount and they just reduced some items from initial estimation. Now after all this fraud they are not refunding my money.
