I am writing to express my serious concerns and dissatisfaction with the handling of my interior designing project.My project designer was repeated changed (* times) citing multiple reasons(all of them left the organization) and now after exhausting * months i am left stranded.
After payment of the amount, Bonito team declined all our requests for curved design stating limitations and forced me to go with the designs they suggest. Had they informed us the limitations initially, we would not have gone ahead with Bonito. They had intentionally hidden the limitations from us and only after a considerable amount is paid they show their true colours. We requested for closure of the project when the last designer assigned to us confirmed leaving the organization on the group. Bonito declined my request stating the no-refund policy due to the significant design work already undertaken, including design presentations and meetings.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
