Signed contract with Bonito designs on **th May ****. As per the contract agreement, the project was supposed to be delivered in ** days (*** days including holidays). They have stopped responding to my emails. Their customer care also is not responding even after sending *-** reminders.
They have missed adding items in the delivery package and the overall project is already delayed by ** days and still the furniture is not delivered.
No response from the sales person, designer or the project head.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
