I bought symphony siesta air cooler model no. Sieta ** XL a month ago. When i opened the box the panel are not properly fixed and when i started the cooler the water is also not coming in the panel . Contacted the store from where i bought my cooler they said to contact the customer service. The technician came and repaired the water problem partially. Now The body is still damage water is still not coming properly and now i dont know whom to contact
