Tammisetti Bheemeswara Rao filed complaint against Air India on Feb 6, 2023
After entering the Airport (outside) I just showed my soft copy of my Boarding pass to Airport staff but they could not scan properly and instructed to get Boarding pass from machines. I tried * machines but to my surprise , I could not get hard copy of boarding pass. then I contacted in person, your Airport staff, they keep on telling to get the boarding pass from machines only even after my several requests that the machines are not working. they just took casual approach and wasted my maximum time. with this delay lot of mental tension and with great difficulty and continuous announcements of final call, I rushed to the Air India gate and even after * minute, I would have missed the flight and my precious time of reaching Kolkata on time would have completely becoming problematic. This is termed as sheer negligence by your agents/representatives. I made it a point from now on, I will never ever book my ticket with Air India. my pnr linked to mobile is **********.
