Airtel Digital Tv
- Black out pack not activated Closed
I have pack chosen but airtel has not activated the same and there is complete black out for two days. The customer care people are giving totally false and misleading information that it will get activated within * hours.
I am thinking of surrendering the connection please tell me the procedure where i can get the full refund as i am now totally unhappy with airtel. I future i am not going to use any product from airtel total bogus company. Reliance Jio is really great one for resolving any kind of problem. Can any body tell me when JIO- TV is arriving.
