My name is R.Sundar.i am a user of Idea Cellular services.I had registered a complaint of call drop with Idea cellular on ** st February ****.I got a conformation message from them for the complaint i had registered with them which was call drop issue vide no.C*-***********.but the problem was not solved on **nd february **** and i kept on calling them after till **th february **** and i was told that my complaint of call drop was in progress.then i called on **th february **** and i was told that the complaint of call drop will be solved by *th march ****
to add to the problems in the monthly bill an amount of ***Rs. was added to as feature charge.i immediately send a complaint to the appellate authority asking for a waiver of the amount.i got a call from one mr.Sharshad from the appellate authority's office on *th march **** evening at *.**pm and he told me that there was nothing he could do to approve my waiver.his behaviour was also rude which i find impossible to approve.
so considering the above grounds i request for the bill amount dated ** february to be fully waived on account of passing of misleading information and poor quality of customer service.
