PURE EV - Battery replacement is still not done for last one month even though it is under warrenty

Hi Team,
My electric scooter is stopped working, when i called EV team in Bangalore, they said Battery is not working, it is almost one month we have given the battery, till now we have not received any replacement, what is the use of this electric scooter if it is not given in time, we are using cab for going to office, it is totally loss of paying **k for this scooter, if EV team are taking time for warranty what happens if the battery without warranty, again we cannot repair it outside, better to sell this vehicle, and not to prefer to my collogues and relatives about this Pureev, customer care dont pick the call, no escalation contact, even Bangalore PureEV company dont take responsibility, this is frustrated when this happens even for others.
