i subscribed to bsnl *G internet pack and gets *.* GB data per day. Even after several request and trai regulations also they keep deducting the amount from main balance for internet once the data limit is over. After the data limit exhausts the main balance gets deducted without any consent from the consumer. When i call customer care they simply say bsnl does not have trai **** rule to stop internet.
