We are facing issue with BSNL landline and broadland for last * months.
The phone line is interrupted somewhere in between, but nobody cares to get it repair, so I am not able to use my landline phone and broadband.
My broadband connection getting disconnected every * to ** minutes.
I have registered the complaint for this problem more than ** times, still facing the issue.
Bsnl sent a technician Chattarpal Singh several times, but he did nothing.
Please help in getting the problem resolve, as I am paying BSNL for maintainance in every month bill for last ** years.
