Bsnl-bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited - Not providing proper broadband connection since from 2.5 months

I'm a BSNL consumer reside in Peravoor Telephone exchange area. My telephone number is ***********. My broadband is not working fine. Due to this issue I had complained directly to the telephone exchange on **st July, ****. They had checked and found out that the problem is with the cable but didn't not take proper action regarding this. They are least bothered about my complaint. I had paid the telephone bill without getting proper internet connection.
Please kindly take an action regarding this.
