- Baggage lost by Indigo Open
Indigo Airline lost my baggage and have not found it in the last ** days. They are telling they cannot find it and not providing me with any reason on how they lost my baggage when airports are the most secure places with all points covered under CCTV. It has been torture and harassment to communicate with the Airline staff as well as they lie to you and don't answer your calls whenever they don't have any answers. Below one of the emails sent to the airline for the complaint.
I would like to make an escalation for my missing baggage. It was a Blue American Tourister Soft Suitcase, which I checked in on **th August **** for my flight from Pune to Lucknow.

Contents of the Suitcase - New clothes with tags, Prashad from the temple, laptop bag with very important documents, regular clothes, Lacoste sunglasses and some more stuff. On the **th morning, I was supposed to receive the luggage in Lucknow but that didn’t happen and it’s been torture following up with Indigo Airlines staff as no one has been able to give a proper answer. Every day the staff gives us a new story. It started with ground staff telling me that I will get it within ** hours. Then after continuous follow-ups, we were told that the bag was in Delhi. Then later we were told that the team is still investigating. All this went for * days and now till **nd August. After a point, the officials even stopped answering our calls which were even more frustrating. Finally, on **nd evening the staff told us that our baggage was found in Pune and it will reach
Lucknow at our place within ** hours. It’s been three days and numerous calls and still, nobody has any clue about where is my bag. Nobody is ready to escalate the case to help us find our baggage.
Please look into it urgently and make all the required escalation to get my suitcase back to me.
