For the past few weeks i was having issue with network on my airtel sim. I have complained several time on airtel app but there was no response and resolution from their side after * week of continuous complaining i was able to connect with customer care assurance was given but there was no resolution to the problem. Recently i have to pay my bill at a medical store for which i tried to pay online as i wasn't carrying cash the internet stopped, no call was able to connect it took half an hour for me to pay my bill which caused me a great inconvenience.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
