On September *nd i booked a hotel OYO ***** Diamond Plaza with booking ID "TDAP****"and there i paid "*** rupees" and when i entered my room the bed sheets, pillow and blanket were dirty and there were marks of grease and dirt on it, then i asked the manager of that oyo to refund my money as i didn't like the service and he told me to talk to oyo customer service.
I called in the oyo helpline and they connected my call to the manager there, she told me that i'll get the full refund and i don't have to pay for the hotel they'll shift me into.
I called them several times and they always put my call o hold for more than **-** mins, then finally i reached the nearby hotel OYO Flagship *** Krishna Living, when i called OYO helpline there they first told me that there are no free rooms in that hotel and when i asked the manager there personally, he told me they have vacant rooms as i was already there i told the helpline and he was denying for long time and even they were asking me for the images to send them as a proof, but i didn't took any pics, it was already late in the night.
Later finally manager told me that he has confirmed from OYO and i'll get shifted but he asked me to Pay the defence amount of *** rupees, as it was already ** in the night i paid them.
After shifting the manager kept calling me that the payment from the previous OYO Hotel was not updated and he was disturbing me again and again for that and after sometime he asked me to pay *** Rupees again.
It was already ** in the night and i has such a bad experience at the hotel.
Now i have totally paid ***+***+*** = **** Rupees.
And now when i'm calling OYO Helpline they are holding my calls for long and cutting my call.
I'm having such a bad experience from OYO Hotel Chain and i want my money back.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
