Swiggy instamart - Bad quality vegetables and fruits and no refund or return has been initiated

I have been ordering from swiggy instamart and this is the second time when they have troubled me mentally. First incident took place few months ago when I was charged for two items but received one. They didn't help me and it was my first worst experience with them. The current worst experience was on *th of Dec with order no. ***************, when I ordered the items worth Rs.**** and the vegetables and fruits ordered were of not great quality. It was dry, rotten and smelled too. I raised the chat twice for an immediate resolution but I was asked to mail them and I dropped them a mail and added all the pictures to prove them the quality of vegetables yet I didn't receive any satisfactory response as they neither refunded the amount of Rs.*** nor returned the items. This has caused me lot of stress as I am working two jobs to make my ends meet for my sick parent and I dint get time to personally go and pick vegetables/fruits and this situation has caused a lot of stress to me as it's my hard earned money. I paid for a good quality items but I received a bad quality items. I would like to have a refund and I want them to pay for the stress they caused me.
