Label Suit - Bad quality products and no refund received

Hi, I had ordered some products during COVID in **** on cash on delivery. I had received only a partial order, when I realized that the quality of product was pathetic. The image shown doesn't even match to the actual product at all. Hence I requested for a return and refund toh which they said that they don't have a return policy. Only if we self courier they can provide the refund. After months of discussions, I had to finally courier it to their Surat address, but just to realise that they refused to refund me my amount. They just added this to their wallet which was never utilizes and the site got shut. Please help me recover my dues.
