Label Suit - Refund not received after multiple requests

This is the one of the most fake sites with pathetic products. I had ordered * kurta sets and received only * of them. I paid the amount in cash. As soon as I received the package, I raised a return complaint. They never agreed to pickup the product and I had to do do a self courier. After multiple conversations, they finally agreed to refund me the amount but in their wallet. Now the site is no longer available, so basically I have lost my amount of **** approx even after doing the self courier of the product. I have extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
