I ordered a dress from label suit and there was no confirmation message on my number also it is not displaying the order summary of the item I ordered on the website. I'm not able to login into my account though I clicked on recover password the message of OTP is sent to your mobile number pops up but no OTP is sent on my mobile number till now. Also, the customer care number I dialled is switched off.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
