Woodenstreet is a bunch of liars. I purchased a bed, coffee table and chest of drawers in the course of April to July ****. Within * months, the bed wood started showing gaps and so did the joints of the coffee table. Also, the drawers became too tight to get closed. After putting a number of complaints and writing to their CEO and founder on LinkedIn- the carpenter was sent on my address for which I had to take a work from home from my office. Even after their service, the bed was the same within two days and so was the coffee table. I then put down a complaint on INGRAM, after which I was assured of a replacement of the headboard of my bed within ** days from the mid of September. When nobody showed up, I reached out again and they said to deliver by mid-October. I gave them additional time until November *th and no refund or replacement has been received from them. This is a mental torcher to a customer who invests his hard-earned money and these companies take their advantage with horrible services. Now I demand my money back compensating my mental breakdown.
