I ordered a veg burger and a chicken burger. Both items were terribly bad. Veg burger had no extra melted cheese and chicken burger was completely cold and all the onion and tomato slices had come out of the burger.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
