I placed order with magicpin but it got delayed for * hours even then I didn't get my order , I continuously contacted their help chat box which was useless bot giving me the same reply.
Neither did they canceled my order nor did they refund the money.
In the end when I contacted the delivery partner he said magicpin was uncle to connect me so he returned to his home and I left with no choice then to give him the otp so he wouldn't suffer the consequences and I bear all the loss
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
