I am having a very bad experience with the services of HATHWAY broadband, with multiple complaints registered for internet not working, somehow they keep closing my complaints without even resolving the issues and been given false commitments every time, they only expect timely payments against their disgusting and illegal services causing inconvenience and harassment to my work and my children's online studies.
I request to take strict legal action against HATHWAY for their bad and pathetic services.
