My complaint is against the Store manager and staff at Reliance Smart Bazaar Birati.
Three instances when I visited the store.
*. February ****- Billing guy forced me to pay via Phone Pay for Amul ice cream (marketing guy forced me to buy, I was looking for another flavor) brought as he was unable to give change of Rs ***. After payment he said payment failed and took the cash. The money paid via Phone Pay was returned after * days.
*. March ****- I forgot to take carry bag. Had bought Mother dairy curd and Joi milk(forced by a marketing staff who prevented me to buy Amul milk). In the end the billing guy forced me to buy a bag of Rs **.
*. Yesterday went to buy Glocon-D Mango flavor(*** g). Was waiting in queue for * hour. Only * counters were open. Old lady customers behind were requesting to open another counter but staff ignored. In the end I had to leave the product and billing counter as I had to attend my baby at home. Requested the counter guys to help me bill this * item but they misbehaved.
Conclusion- I have decided not to visit this or any other smart bazar store in future. My advise to fellow consumers-Please do not visit this store. Worst staff. Billing counters remain closed at will forcing long queues, issues with Gpay/phone pay(deducts unnecessary amount). Also if you have not taken your personal carry bag they will force you to buy handbag of Rs **.Different sections has marketing guys(paid by vendors) who will jump on your shoulders shouting "please Buy this product(even if poor quality). In the end the security at the gate will bother you at exit (in case you do not buy an item) as if you are a thief/burglar. Behavior towards senior citizens is worst. They ignore as if they are kings installed by the Ambanis.
