Recently internet started fluctuating and I registered complain via mobile app and by calling their customer care as well. Every time I call them or open new complain they close it within *-* hours without checking whether problem resolved or now.
It's almost * weeks and problem still exists. Every time I call them, they said they will put my complain on priority and ask backend team to reach to you but this was just for sake of calling.
I don't know what to do with these guys, specially in WFH culture where we are totally dependent on internet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
