My enrolment no is ********* and I completed a BA degree in the year ****. I applied for **st ignou convocation and the following address is given to IGNOU for sending the certificate.

Till date, I have not received the certificate. I paid the required fee of Rs ***/- to ignou through online mode. The acknowledgement of the above is attached herewith. Kindly do the needful.
