The branch is not responding to phone calls - this is Kirti Nagar, New Delhi Branch, not working on my netbanking request despite many phone calls. When I tried to send my complaint through email, that email system is very confusing, and rather chatting started. The person on chat tried to NOT answer my query but tried to divert me to go to branch. This is harrassment and even though I am not writing the loss of amount, the harrassment compensation can be Rs. **,***/-.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
