I purchased a laptop from Flipkart during the sale as I was desperately in need of one for study purposes and project since I am a computer science student .
The item reached the nearest courrier service (Ekart courrier services) and they didn't even call or deliver it . Next day I tried to contact them but all the phone numbers were not available . Then , I thought I would go on Monday since it was weekend . But unfortunately PM announced Lockdown . The coming week they automatically cancelled the item . Now I am in a very difficult situation . I can't do my final year project or attend online classes without laptop . It is very difficult doing it in phone .
