Asus - ASUS ROG Phone 5 Issue

I had purchased a ASUS ROG Phone * on ** June ****, Right after * months i had encountered with an Wi-Fi & hotspot issue which i got repaired at F* Infosolutions (Vizag) under warranty. They had replaced my motherboard. The repaired was handed over to me in the month of October.

In the month of June ****, i had my display broken and got it repaired at F* InfoSolutions Gurgaon & i had to pay for that as it was a Physical damage. As it was within the rules i had paid for that.

Again on *nd Sept'****, i had encountered with the same Wi-Fi & hotspot issue and reached out to the F* Service center in Gurgaon and they mentioned that motherboard needs to repaired. Then as checked in Asus.in Website my Device is under warranty. But the Service center team checked the Warranty Status by using IMEI and told me that the phone is not under warranty, then i asked to check as per the serial number, but the service center denied saying that we check as per the serial number that has been retrieved via IMEI no. as per the Serial Number that has been extracted through IMEI number is different and the serial number in the phone is different, which means that my phone had * serial numbers which is illegal. Then i contacted the asus customer support and explained the issue and they told that wait for ** hours for resolution. Then on *th Sep'** I again visited the store, then they checked the purchase invoice and then told that your device is not under warranty as per their system data. Then again i had contacted the Asus customer support and explained the issue & again they told me Wait for another ** hours.

Again on *th Sep'****, i had received a mail from Mr. Ramesh ( Regional Service Leader) asking me for the Purchase invoice & other details. i had provided him with all the details which he had asked me for, Later on the same day i had received a call from Ms. Priya Singh (Branch manager of F* Infosolutions Gurgaon) & she had put Mr. Ramesh in Conference and he spoke with me saying that your phone is under warranty & this has been conveyed to the Service Center also. Then i had visited the service center on the same day & i had submitted the phone on the same day.

During Submission: Ms. Shirsti was at the table and i was helping her with the issues that im facing apart from the Wi-Fi & hotspot issues, at that time Mr. Himanshu (Service Engineer a F* Infosolutions) was interacting with a customer beside her, with a corner eyeing me. Then When she was checking the phone for any damages, then Mr. Himanshu hurried to her leaving the customer with he was interacting behind & telling her "See there is a dent on the screen, Mention it for sure". saying this he left & she had mentioned it. At that moment i was sure that he about to something for my phone. Which indeed has happened.

On **th Sep'**, i received a mail from F* Infosolutions Quoting for a bill of Rs. ***** saying that my LCD & Fingerprint were not working and having problem. I had contacted them & asked to connect call with Mr. Ramesh where they took around ** minutes, while i was staying online. Then after ** Min, one of their engineer spoke with me and told me that "Sometimes overnight issues can happen, like it might be working when you submitted, but when Mr. Himanshu was checking it was not working" which is not a logic at all.

I had then mailed the whole concern to Asus Representatives (Mr. Ramesh, Ms. Sneha & Ms. Anita Dsouza) & F* infosolutions representative (Ms. Chandhan Singh, Ms. Priya Singh, Ms. Mounika & Ms. Shristhi), but they are irresponsive.

On ** Sep'**, i had called Ms. Priya * times, she hadnt picked the call. on the *th time she picked up she acknowledged that she had read the mail, even after reading the mail they are staying quiet on the issue & she is also claiming that "why would he intentionally damage your product" & she also told the same logic that the service engineer told me the other day saying "it might had happened overnight" which is illogical & irrelevant.

So, i decided to take this issue legally as i'm fed up with the service that is being provided by Asus & F* Infosolutions.

There were so many mail conversations happened & im exhausted & going through rough phase as i have to work without phone & i had to visit the stores * times till now & everyday i had to call them & speak with them, im wasting my time & energy. I'm being harassed by these services from Asus & F* Infosolutions
