Asus - Asus damaged my laptop and won t answer my emails

My Asus TUF FX***ZV* laptop's motherboard died. So, I had to take it to the official service center in Aligarh, U.P. I received laptop after repair process on ** August ****. But they left scratch marks on my laptop and now the laptop is suffering from overheating issue. They installed a wrong size screw that caused a bump on the plastic body.
My laptop looked almost new before the repair and now it looks all ruined.
I contacted Asus support to replace the damaged parts or provide a full replacement or refund, but they haven't answered any of my emails and are just ignoring me.
I'm a B.Tech. student and laptop is a very important part of my studies. I just want a good working laptop, and Asus can't even manage that. I'm very disappointed from Asus's service quality.
