Flipkart - Assured buyback value could not be availed due to software glitch in Flipkart

I have purchased assured buyback value of my existing mobile phone for which I wanted to exchange and buy a new product. The assured buyback value was given by Flipkart as Rs.*****. I could not avail this offer due to software glitch in the app / website. Flipkart didn't solve this. I have contacted the customer care several times. But I didn't get any proper resolution from them. They have ignored me. I felt cheated. For their software glitch I have faced problem and gone into mental agony. Help me get my refund or an extension date for the buyback value.
