Purchased induction stove from Ibell in Nov. It stopped working in Jan. Upon lodging complaint they said they will send spare part and then arrange a technician to repair it.
They dont respond properly and giving false information over phone that they have shipped the spare part. Later they WhatsApp'ed that the part is nt in stock and once it's in, they will ship. They are denying replacement or refund too and not giving any tentative date when the product will be repaired.
