Simpli Learn - Asking for refund

Hi,
Im facing lot of issues in recent times. Because of the Simplilearn course, I'm entirely frustrated.
Krishna & Gautham done all the formalities and krishna promised me around ** days you have for cancel the course if you didn't like it. but within few days i started facing lot of personal issues so i didn't pursue the course. one fine i go through the portal and it was completely waste .. majority of the things are showing self learning so decided to quit this course .. so i informed to Krishna & Gautham after that moment krishna is not answering the calls.. Customer support is the one of the most worthless service from simplilear. More over I'm jobless its really hard to pay this useless course
