Simpli Learn - Refund

Hi ,
I have purchase the simplilearn job guarantee program in a month of june ****. They guarantee job during the admission process but once we got into the course they changed there words and said they will support us to get a job. During the admission they have not mentioned any of the terms and conditions about the refund policy. After few months they are giving refund to all the students who is passed out before ****. I am **** passout hence they are not giving me my money back.
They charging ****** for the course and the course course materials are so cheap thay you can find on youtube even they are more content available on youtube for free.
During admission they provided me with a loan even when i was not fiting in the loan and admission criteria.
They are complete fraud and scammer.
My monthly salary is only **k and i am paying emi around **** every month for nothing.
Kindly help me to get my refund.
