Simpli Learn - Company refuses redemption of exam voucher

I enrolled in the PMP exam certification course from Simplilearn in May. The course cost and proposal shared by the simplilearn manager are as follows:



Mode of Training Access: Online Bootcamp

Standard Price: INR *****/- PLUS EXAM VOUCHER *****/- (Including GST)

Access: Online Bootcamp, ** days of flexible access to instructor-led online

training classes. Lifetime access to high-quality, self-paced e-learning content and live class recordings

Validity:

Live-class = *** days

Simplilearn's Materials = Life-time

PMI Digital Key: * year from the date of key redeemed

PMI Membership: * year

PMP Exam voucher = * year [voucher should be redeemed within seven months of purchase]



As per the process, after completing online learning class, candidates have to complete a self-learning module on the portal and then pass two tests to get certification, and based on the certification, the candidate can apply for the PMP application process, and post-application process exam vouchers can be availed.



I attended the online lectures and completed my application process for PMI in November. However, when I asked for an exam voucher, the customer care representative and grievance team were not listening and told me to pay again for availing of the exam voucher code and contact the relationship manager, Rakesh BM, for any concerns.

I have been marking emails to Rakesh BM for a while now, but there is no response, and the grievance team is only giving the same response that I need to pay again.

This is my hard-earned money and I cannot let it go like this, and the exam voucher is mentioned as being redeemed till * months from purchase, and since I purchased it on **th May’**, it should be valid till **th Dec’** for redemption.

I have tried my best to connect with senior people from this company, but I am not getting any response from any one of them. Hence I left with no option but to approach you and may be in consumer court as well.
