Hi,
On **/**/**** i raise a booking request for Lonavala. Since the start of November till December i think no body bother to check the request at all. On **th December (Wednesday) i called Vrinda to get the status update. She gave me some excuses and told me that she will confirm by **th Dec (Saturday) whether the booking would be possible for the request which i raise on **th Nov (after a month). She explicitly told me don't call again; we will call you with the update as they are getting too many calls. She even told me that while she was on call with me for * mins there were many calls that came. I understand the situation and i told her that its ok you can give me the confirmation by EOD **th Dec (Monday). Today is **th, ** days after i gave Vrinda the extended time and i am still waiting for my trip confirmation.
Since that day when i last spoke to Vrinda on **th Dec where i gave here extended time understanding her situation; I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT CONFIRMATION. Today its **th Dec which is ** days past when i called but nothing. My booking start date is **th Jan **** (request was raise almost * months before); I think i won't get an update even on **th Jan if i wait as the staff of AR holidays is very busy to cater their customers.
Now that i am enjoying the service so much (*sarcasm*) i think i have to share the review of AR holidays wherever i can so that the customers planning for membership know how well you would be catered. Once the sales guys who will show you the sky and the moon hand them the operations team after they buy the membership with whom they will have to depend on for the next * years.
One funny thing, in the AR holidays page on "Why choose Us?" section, the moto is "When in doubt, Ping Us.. Service At Clients’ Ease And Requirement." Based on the above incident i am laughing my lungs out. they ask us to ping us when i doubt and when you call them to check on the request, they will say don't call us :D :D
