I BOOKED A TRAIN TICKET THROUGH EASE MY TRIP .COM SITE ON **TH OF JANUARY PNR NO **********.BUT TICKET WAS CANCELED.AND IRCTC ALREADY REFUNDED THE AMOUNT TO EASE MY TRIP BUT STILL IT OVER ALMOST ONE MONTH EASE MY TRIP NOT CREDITED THE AMOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT.THE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE OF EASE MY TRIP IS ALWAYS GIVE ME SOME EXCUSE.SO THAT I AM TOTALLY HELPLESS.KINDLY HELP ME FOR SOLVE THE ISSUE.THANKS.
