I purchased macbook air last year and after *-* months of purchase it started behaving very weird. It abruptly shuts down by itself even though it has more than ** percent of battery remaining.
I went to Apple service center twice, once they replaced the battery as well but still I am facing the issue
I am a student and for me my time is very important as well as my laptop for my research purpose .
Moreover they also dont provide me any laptop to do my work and nor replace the defective one .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
