I have been trying contact Apple US, but no response from them for the past * month. Please find below the situation. Please note that this is online transaction happened from India to US.
*. Initially there was debit made while I purchased the product on **th may.
*. The phone was lost in transit and i have raised a request for refund on **th may.
*. On *st June , the exact amount was debited from my account again from the Apple.com/US
*. That duplicate amount was reversed back the same day to my account.
*. In parallel, the refund was initiated on June *st.
I wonder if the refund was made for the duplicate debit or for the actual refund.
In either case, if refund was actually processed for the lost phone, I should have received both the amounts(duplicate and refund). But I got only for the duplicate.
