I have purchase Redmi pro book laptop in Feb **** from flipkart. And now its screen suddenly black out in between. So i took my laptop at your service center which is located Deep enterprises, Sector-** main sohna road, Gurugram, Haryana-******. And one of your concern person said that my laptop is damaged so its not get repaired in warranty without any inspection. Even there are no scratches and damaged mark on laptop, its only one month to purchase this laptop then how it could be possible. It screen suddenly gets black out. And after this your person asking for money to repair my laptop. So its request you please get repair my laptop or provide replacement.
