- Annual plan changed without any confirmation from customer Closed
I had subscribed for an annual package that is valid till June 2019. Although as per new TRAI regulation customers of long duration packs will continue with the same service for the said duration (unless customer expresses interest for change in the package), my package was changed. Now my package is valid only till April last week. This is a clear violation of TRAI regulations. Also, there was not effort made from tata sky to confirm this change with the customer. Moreover, Tata sky customer care is not willing to register this as a complaint and considers its feedback.

I have subscribed to pack of 235. But for no reason, they are charging me 535 rupees. When contacted they inform me this is due to some error in billing and will rectify it and call you but nothing changed....

Even though I have chosen the annual plan, Tata sky changed my plan without informing me. The new plan is 100 Rs. costly than the previous one and has fewer channels. Doesn't it dishonoring the commitment from DTH provider?...

From last month it's not showing me any channel. I called customer care they said to this recharge your account then we can help but after charging they are not helping me properly and still it's not showing me any channel....
