AMSTRAD - Amstrad ac not working

Even after repeated complaints my AC cooling issue is still not corrected. It's a * months old ac and the company do not have proper service support. They claim to give cooling on ** degrees but cooling is even worse than a desert cooler. Please help me with my complaint number ************.
