Amstrad - Repair contractor earning by purposefully breaking parts while repair

The amstrad company send Mr Dilshad Khan to repair washing machine which he repaired and started.later then he twitched some wire which required new motor .I did shared this incident to customer care of amstrad and Vijay sales too but from ** days my machine is lying unattended,new part is lying at home and amstrad is saying Vijay sales that complaint is attended
