AMSTRAD - Ac technician asked for 600 rupees for just visiting the house

I'm a customer of amstrad for last * years and few days ago my amstrad ac is showing a F* error code. I raised a complaint against this to your site and our executive is Harbans Singh. He called me today and discussed about the error, then he said I'm coming and you have to pay the ₹*** rupees for my visiting. This amount is just only for visiting without any touching the product. What the hell is this, if my product seems bad or find any part defective then I pay to the executive of product amount. Why I'm paying the visiting charges, company paying the salary of all the employees, then why they are destroy your image. I request you to please handle this fraud agents as soon as possible.
