No broker - Amount not transfer

Yesterday we rent pay in no broker through credit card and amount debit in credit card but amount not credit to transfer account....and transaction details also not reflecting in no broker app..... and we received massage from no broker app this Hi PIDUGU,
Your tenant - PIDUGU NARENDRA KUMAR has initiated May rent of INR *****.**. We will deposit the money to your bank account by **-May (Sat) **:** AM and notify you once it is credited.
NoBroker Pay.... but still amount not credit
