We have ordered a blacer in flipkart and placed a return request as size didn't fit to me.We didnt receive any kind of updates reg product pickup and all of a sudden refund request was cancelled by flipkart and when we contacted them they are denying to provide refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
